Scope of application:
310S stainless steel pipe (0Cr25Ni20, 2520) is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel with good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Due to the high percentage of chromium and nickel, it has better creep strength, can work continuously at high temperature, and has good high temperature resistance. 310S stainless steel plate is suitable for the manufacture of various furnace components, the maximum temperature is 1200, and the continuous use temperature is 1150.
Due to the high content of nickel (nickel) and chromium (chromium), it has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. High temperature resistant steel pipes are specially used for the manufacture of electric heating furnace pipes, etc. When the carbon content in austenitic stainless steel increases, the strength increases due to solid solution strengthening. The chemical composition characteristics of austenitic stainless steels are based on chromium and nickel with additions of molybdenum, tungsten, niobium and titanium. Because of its face-centered cubic structure, it is often used as stove material and automobile mesh material.
